The reinforced concrete frame division of the business has developed to cover all aspects of this specialized construction sector including standard RC Frames, post-tensioned concrete structures, jump formed and slip formed cores, and pre- cast concrete elements. We continually strive to incorporate innovative products, designs and processes into the business to ensure we remain one of the leading concrete contractors in London and the South East of England. By utilizing our in-house temporary works department, we are able to produce efficient designs tailored to our Clients specific needs, and this is further supported by the use of our own extensive range of formwork and plant equipment. Our flexible and proactive approach and commitment to delivering a quality product has allowed us to create a client portfolio, based on repeat business, that includes Main Contractors and Developers across all sectors of the construction industry, building a variety of structures from deep extensive basements to schools and academies to multi-storey residential and commercial blocks.

GROUNDWORKS

Our groundworks division has seen steady and progressive growth and allows us to offer a fully integrated construction service, often achieving programme and financial benefits, particularly on projects where we are also carrying out the reinforced concrete superstructure works.

We have completed groundworks contracts ranging from simple pile cap and ground beam arrangements to multi- storey basements on challenging city centre sites. By securing the services of our key sub-contractors for the likes of sheet and bored piling, design and supply of temporary works, bulk excavations and specialist dewatering, we are also able to offer a fully coordinated substructure package. Our range of groundwork specific plant such as excavators, dumpers, breakers and rollers are all continually serviced and maintained by our in house plant company to ensure it remains fully certified and efficient.

JUMPFORM CONSTRUCTION

Where it is necessary for a reinforced concrete core to be constructed ahead of the surrounding frame we are able to utilise our own plant and equipment to Jumpform the structure. This essentially allows the walls to be taken off the critical path and the programme and construction sequence to be simplified accordingly.
